As soon as it gets colder outside, the skin goes crazy. Pimples, dry spots, and redness are among the problems that you can now deal with again.

1. clean properly
The secret of beautiful skin is not necessarily what we put on it, but how we free it from dirt and sebum.
Since the Clearasil advertising in the 90s at the latest, we all know how blackheads are created: Dirt and sebum clog pores, the skin reacts and we get pimples and other nasty skin irritations.
Intensive cleansing is therefore an absolute must! Just like brushing your teeth.
Our recommendation: first remove make-up with cleansing oil or make-up remover tissues and micelle water, then rinse the face thoroughly with lukewarm water, and then use a mild cleansing foam.
After removing makeup with AHA or BHA Peeling (be careful not to forget your sunscreen the next day!), cleanse the pores of impurities and then treat with appropriate products for your skin type.
2. change mask and let it dry
We not only have autumn but unfortunately also Corona.
Wearing masks to protect our mouths and noses is therefore an additional burden on our skin and causes a lot of irritation and pimples on the face.
And then, during the cold season, the breath condenses under the mask.
A wellness paradise for all kinds of bacteria, the warm and humid climate ... Well, doing without the mask is not an option, so we have to make the most of it by cleaning the mask daily and, above all, letting it dry well before putting it in our pockets.
Everything else will help bacteria to colonize the mask.
We do not want to.
3. light protection even when it gets darker
UVA and UVB rays damage our skin.
To protect it from premature skin aging, it is especially important to use a daycare product with sun protection.
And all year round! We often protect our skin in summer when the sun is shining, but we are also exposed to the rays outside in autumn and winter, even when the sky is overcast.
So please check your daycare for the sun protection factor!
4. do not wear scarves, shawls and the like over the chin
Ladies, now you have to be strong: Scarves and shawls are the number one beauty enemy! Yes, read correctly.
Even though there is hardly anything more beautiful than cuddling up in your scarf during the cold season and pulling it up to your
nose, leave it alone if you want to do something good for your skin
The reason: skin scales, make-up remnants, and crumbs get stuck between the fabric fibers.
Also, just like with a mask, our breath condenses when we breathe into the scarf and the bacteria celebrate a wild party again. So please wear the scarf under your chin, clean it regularly, and avoid skin contact on your chin if possible.
5. break for the skin
Every now and then we should give our skin a break and have a few no-make-up days so that it can simply take a deep breath. Pampering Sundays with masks and co. are also particularly good for her. And not only for her but also for us!
